          Founded on December 2, 1991 in the municipality of Nova Veneza in Santa Catarina, Brazil, IMESC (Indústria Metalúrgica Sul Catarinense) stands out as a reference in the supply of cutting discs and blades for various industrial sectors.  Recognized for providing high performance using imported raw materials, the group has two support arms, one of which is Guimer Blade, which is the plant responsible for manufacturing the cutting discs and blades, in addition to their sharpening. Flytek, its second support, manufactures axles, synchronized pulleys, bushings and various other spare parts for the main industrial sectors.
